  • Items must be in their original packaging and unused to qualify for a return.

  • Once approved, we will arrange for the product to be collected from you.

3. Refund Policy

  • If a return is approved, you will receive a replacement or a full refund in cash upon product collection.

  • Refunds are only processed in cash as we do not accept online or card payments.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, damaged due to customer misuse, or returned without original packaging are not eligible for refunds.
